Yantra Yoga Sessions designed so that each one combines physical movements (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), and various relaxation methods with practical concentration and guided meditation exercises – ideas to contemplate, relaxation techniques as well as practices including Yantra – visual aid for meditation.
There is a guiding thought, subject or idea, inspiring a higher values principle for each Yantra session, such as – Gratitude, Compassion, Grounding or Patience, etc. Those qualities are to be invoked and developed by related exercises, postures or actual Yantra practices.
