This radiant painting continues UNIVERSAL MANDALA Art Series.

It draws inspiration from the “sun salutation” asanas in yoga. These physical poses, designed to greet the sun during its early-morning ascent and transition across the skies, serve as a profound source of strength and inspiration.

In alignment with Ayurveda, the ancient Vedic teachings on health and wellness, this artwork explores the notion that we are solar-powered beings. To maintain enduring health and balance, it suggests aligning our daily rhythms with the sun’s majestic journey. For countless years, yogis have practiced sun salutation exercises during the early hours, a ritual of welcoming the sun as it emerges and begins its celestial passage.
